Panda this is kind of what I'm getting at. When Saka gets fouled like this, it's waved off, maybe a yellow sometimes. And I always complain - I would not mind opposing players getting red cards if/when they tackle us/ Saka this way (studs). That would help protect the player.
MLS does it one time, and it's a straight red, no room for review.
