  • Arsenal v Man Utd Jan 12th 3 PM KO - FA Cup 3rd round

Must win game as our season is looking very precarious right now esp in light of us highly likely not singing anyone this Jan.

Lose this game and we are in crisis mode.

I still want revenge for these cunts knocking us out of the 4th round at Emirates in 2019 when that piece of shit nobody Jessie Lingard danced on our pitch.

We must show a reaction from Tue night and we need to prioritise the FA Cup as it could be our best/only real hope of a trophy this year.

COYG.

We will fuck them up, it's going to be nice

A win would make us all feel a bit better about our team.

A loss would be a tough pill to swallow.

Potential for ET and penalties too.

Sicario2 - Tier 1 Lose this game and we are in crisis mode.

I know we essentially keep having the same debate but I can't get on board with this hyperbole. We're on course for the last 16 of the CL, still in a league cup semi and just about clinging on to a league title challenge. Admittedly things could be better but this doesn't constitute a crisis for a club that wasn't even in Europe three seasons ago.

Are we the only PL clubs to draw each other? This is stupid and shouldn't even be possible.

We are Arsenal football club mate. 4 years ago we won the FA Cup, so what?

League is all but over. League cup is effectively done and dusted. CL we will never win as we will balls it up in a big KO game (check Arteta’s European record ffs).

You need to remove yourself from the fantasy land and wake up and smell the coffee. Your glass is half full approach only goes so far.

The expectations in summer was to win the title and if not win silverware, somehow, somewhere. Lose in Fa cup then it’s not looking good brev.

Fa cup is our best shot. Lose this then and don’t sign anyone come Jan 31st then see what the mood in the fanbase will be.

I'm more fussed about beating United than winning the FA Cup till the latter target gets quite a bit closer. But let's beat them then and leave them sprawling, take this opportunity. Injuries or not, if we drop points to United at home the way they're going, we'll have failed.

Sicario2 - Tier 1 this is all predicated on ifs, buts and maybes. Based on what you've said, we may as well rest our 1st XI for the rest of the season and play our academy lads.

Even if we expected to win something at the start of the season, thinking that doesn't make it so. We may have underperformed but that's all it is...there are gradations between underperformance and crisis. It's just not that binary.

Lose today and it’s a downward spiral. Spurs will be smelling our blood on Wed and it could get ugly real quick.

Just win today at any cost.

Claudius Neville is pathetic. Still telling the story about the time he acted like a prick, Vieira called him on it and Neville ran away to get his mate to protect him. I'd be horrifically embarrassed if I was him and people were talking about that.

I would have went with either Rice or Partey in the middle, United are shit in midfield so we could have just walked all over them, Jorginho- Merino - Odegaard is weak and slow...but still think we will do them

Looks like Neto will not be playing for us ever.
Califiori out with an muscle injury, shocking player.
