We are too predictable. Get the ball out wide, set the winger (Saka) up against the defender, and get the ball inside the box (high xg situation)- cross, pass, Saka shot.. only when we are desperate or really flowing (rarely) do we really change things, and also try quick combinations in central areas. Everything has to be meticulously set up.

Edit: Nwaneri and Ødegaard need to play together when we are chasing, and Jesus should never play for us again.

The guy is so finished he wouldn't get into Championship teams. I don't have any personal ill will against him since an injury has effectively ended his career, but Arteta is a giant moron for not replacing him and still giving this human traffic cone minutes in critical matches.

Jesus should be moved out in January, even if its a loan. He just shouldn't be lining up for us any more. Nwaneri is a far bigger goal threat and is getting far less minutes. Ship Jesus out and get any striker you can in on a 6 month loan for the rest of the season.

didn't deserve 3 points, and based on the seasons showing thus far we don't deserve the title either. I'm fighting anyone who still says our budget allocation from the signing of ben white to the present day has been correct. we repeatedly glossed over priority areas of the pitch and always end up addressing them 1-2 seasons too late, and then cry poor after buying too defenders, or claim there were no available options. we're reaping whay we've sown by not addressing our front-line, and sinking money into signings like havertz who weren't real solutions to begin with. look at the fucking state of our attack. jesus, martinelli, havertz and now even trossard - all offering nothing. and sterling has proven to be completely useless. we're doomed to keep churning out 80% of a successful season ad nauseum

Yeah, that was a very strange performance by him, if you can call it that. First time I've criticised his mentality. Not going after balls that were maybe slightly overhit, dissent after conceding a throw in and even ignoring the offside there was a moment he was just chilling offside for a good 40 seconds in the CF position effectively taking himself out the game.

I can't understand the performance. Looked like he came on with an attitude after being dropped to the bench and his frustration was on display it the completely wrong way, rather than using it to fire himself up to show his manager wrong.

Qwiss arteta has no nose for attacking synergy. it's abundantly clear we create fuck all if the right side isn't functioning. and yet he still fucked with timber and parteys positioning without giving a thought to how it would hurt the fluidity of the right hand side. that constipated first 60 minutes is on him

Qwiss this is really a problem he hasn't be trying to develop this aspect for most of his tenure probably because lots of the elements don't fit his preferred style but he needs to change. At the moment his approach does not look like it's going to win the titles.

Can you be pragmatic and change it does he become stubborn. I think they're are big questions against him and the club if this season fades away. If city falter and we don't take advantage that's really disastrous and as I said reminiscent if the Leicester season.

Odegaard can't do all the technical, inventive shit by himself. We played him and Ethan together in pre season - why have we not seen that yet at least when we need to up our threat in games?

We had 40+ minutes to find a winner and I can't remember us ever troubling Leno.

We struggle massively when we concede the first goal and go behind.

Too inconsistent for the title unfortunately. 5 draws and 2 losses and we not even halfway through the season is top 4 form.
