White is a guy who will start and feature regularly in important matches. Timber is class, but White is proven quality who also brings "intangibles" and "one percenters" on our set pieces and in defence.
Jesus and Zinchenko are not bad players, but we're too good for them at this point. They're little more than a wage burden now, rotation fodder for lesser European ties and the cups.
I hope Sterling can have a bit more influence as a substitute, but he's not looking like a starter. At least we've got Trossard and now Nwaneri when we need an impact.
Martinelli's situation remains ambiguous. He's been very good in our last three matches. If he starts to score with any regularity he'll be a superb asset again. Did a huge amount to wear down Leicester in the first half even before his goal and assist.
It's good we managed to sell the players we did. Even with Ødegaard and Merino out, the squad feels pretty stacked. I've got plenty of love for Emile and Eddie, but they'd barely have gotten a run.
