Well, that was a pretty standard and easy win. Great runouts from the new guys, Nwaneri with 2 goals was a bonus. Sterling opening his Arsenal account, and we looked pretty comfortable. Lets hope no one is injured too much.

Good to get a win like that right after our draining game on Sunday.

Don't even remember that. Was he that bad. Surely no Championship keeper is anywhere near as bad as Runnarsson. Guy played keeper like our 5 a side keepers, not making a save even when the ball is a foot away from his hand.

Big Willie I remember Runarsson letting a free kick in against Man City after about two minutes. I'm sure it was Raheem Sterling who took it, he hit it straight at him, through his hands and into the net.

kamikaze yeah I have been extremely suspicious of Cana ever since. Raya and Ramsdale though have made up for it. I guess we can all make horrendously bad mistakes from time to time.

Hope so. Been a fan of his since the first time I saw him back in 22/23 when one of those videos of Cozier Duberry or Hutchinson scoring was making the rounds and that whole play it was MLS who stood out the way he got the ball and drove through the midfield to set up the goal.

Yeah MLS stood out for sure. I hope the injury isn't too bad so he can make the next round.

I actually thought Kiwior looked a lot more comfortable and assured than Calafiori too who was a little ragged at the start. Glad we still have Kiwior in our ranks as we need him with all these LBs injured.

Could see they all needed to settle a bit but once they did and Rice scored we were on our way. Delighted for Nwaneri. Him and MLS they could be really valuable squad members going forward.

I'm glad we didn't sell Kiwior. Most of our defenders are too injury prone.

It's been a long time since there's so much discussion and interest in a 3rd round carabao game. Seeing the likes of Cedric and Elneny for the past few years was really turn off. Glad all our young players did well.

All the attention is on Nwaneri but MLS for me is also the real deal. Zinchenko can be sold next year, really has no place in the team.

Clrnc Let's face it if we didn't have so many on the crock list the team would mostly be full of our second stringers.
