USArsenal I don't mean they are going to win the thing but they've not been at that level for however long as is not a given that get the results they have and the Bayern result was a big one for them as well. I remember some of the podcast reaction to our own campaign last year made the claim that because Arsenal had been out of the champions League for a bit we had to learn how to play in it again ans so applying that to villa is a pretty good position to have nearly guaranteed themselves to be in the next phase already which would be their objective.
fucking hell Vini
just a total boss, and I love when he's supported by Modric on that flank
Fun game this between Bayern and Barca. Wish we’d gotten our hands on Raphinha
Claudius
And he just made it 3-1... somehow he nestled that into the corner.
Lamine Yamal’s footwork is out of this world
What a goal
Incredible strike. Raphinha is having some season
Raphinha is top drawer.
Yup.
He is But that pass from Lamine Yamal. I’m so in awe of this kid. His dribbling, passing, running with the ball. He will dominate the Balon d’Or conversation soon
Didn't see Raphinha rising to these levels. Flick's impact has been incredible.
It's interesting that so many clubs have rotated in Europe and have dropped points as a result. Bayer, Inter, Bayern all rested key players and are currently paying for it.
Big Willie hi Willie. Like this summary. That first 30 minutes was the issue. It’s a recurring theme we’ve had where we dominate territory but don’t capitalise
Lol
Unreal
Someone break his legs, ta.
Someone explain to me how Barcelona is doing this? Look at that first 11. That should not be good enough to get points in the Conference league. Is it the field tilt? Do they tilt it good? Or what?
HomeSteak Hansi Flick. Guy is an incredible manager as proven now with 2 clubs. They freedom he gives the attackers is something else. So so fluid.
I find what Barcelona is doing now is far more impressive than Real Madrid who simply splash out on players. Most of the Barca team is now once again from La Masia. They are having another incredible generation of players. Just a bit sickening we took so long to reach this level and they suddenly get here again spanking teams like Bayern for fun. All their bad signings, debts and all didn't cost them much
Watching Celtic vs Leipzig to see players like Sesko, Openda, Nusa and Hatate.
Very good match so far. Sesko is definitely more of potential but Gyokeres is a level higher currently.
Kuhn of Celtic looked superb
Another superb finish by Gyokeres. Made Ederson look like a mug
Clrnc — Ederson had previously made him looks mug though.
Stonewalled him on his first break away.
