Mirth did you read Wenger's book? He touched on the mystery of Chu-Young very briefly, but it was not a satisfying or even believable explanation for his freezing out. Something about him lacking self belief being the reason.

He was definitely a DM at Newcastle.
He's not a dm, but obviouly he's the 2nd central mid deep with the DM
and maybe that's why it didn't work out for him at newcastle.
he was a destroyer CM who didn't necessarily sit deep, but more known for his defensive qualities. It was odd seeing all the tackle stats because physically he's not all that imposing.
