HomeSteak its embarassing for the club that they keep looking for obligations, not getting them and then saying "yeah ok sure take him anyway". Why would anyone sign an obligation when they know you'll fold either ways.
Qwiss
We still get a loan fee and wages paid for, so in the end, if all we're getting is a loan with no obligation offer, then agreeing to it instead of playing hardball and keeping them at the club still means we're financially better off.
[ExWHUEmployee on Patreon] West Ham are set to push for the signing of Reiss Nelson of Arsenal.
He was spot on with the Rice deal last year. It would be a good move for him
Why does Gunnerblog list those names and not Jesus? Wasn't his big exclusive earlier this season that we were open to offers for Jesus? Absolute chancer that lad. If his news isn't about Ramsdale I'd take it with a huge grain of salt.
Qwiss and he'd say "open to offers" isn't the same as "available for transfer". It's all nonsense anyway, not even Edu could tell you what we're going to end up doing.
Coombs the only thing I'd listen to him on is Ramsdale. And he probably wont give us the info he knows there anyway.
Looks like we're keeping Chido.
banduan Seen that, its good news even if he doesn't work out. I don't mind deals like Cozier-Duberry going to Brighton, he's walking into their first team squad and thats not something that was on the cards here so its completely understandable. I don't want to be losing kids the way we lost Hutchinson though to other clubs who wont play them and then make bank of our work raising these players. I don't know if Martin will make it but its too early to let him go without finding out.
Thanks for all the memories. At least we got our money back
Decent result. Money in the bank for a player who was in danger of not recouping us anything. He's still a ridiculous athlete and chaos merchant.
Burnwinter
Clrnc interesting. I properly blocked this out of my memory
Clrnc He was remarkable, sort of Nuñez energy, but doing the galloping giraffe all over the left side till he got hooked. Speaking of Nuñez I hear he was in the crowd and punched a fan after the Copa America semi yesterday 😆
Yeah me too and I am going to attempt to do so again because it's one of the worst things I've ever seen.
What was it? A league cup game? Prem game we were already 3 or 4 nil down in?
Lukazan The 4-0 loss in 2021 where we contained them pretty well till Arteta picked a fight with Klopp I think.
Burnwinter yeah to protect his family so understandable I guess.
His performance was not though. Horrible in front of goal again
Clrnc He creates so many chances with his movement and incredible work rate and then messes them all up. I love his game up until he goes to shoot the ball (and even his ball striking is pretty great - just not accurate whatsoever). Must be a very frustrating player to root for but he still was one of the players I was most worried by all season due to his physical traits and competitiveness.
I saw one of the players saying that, but I also saw Nunez running back towards the stands and trying to throw a chair up there, so I'd take his words with a pinch of salt.
