I don't mind deals like Cozier-Duberry going to Brighton, he's walking into their first team squad and thats not something that was on the cards here so its completely understandable. I don't want to be losing kids the way we lost Hutchinson though to other clubs who wont play them and then make bank of our work raising these players. I don't know if Martin will make it but its too early to let him go without finding out.
