I thought the rule about the stutter-step penalty was that you couldn't come to a complete stop, which (I thought) Lewandowski did twice on the first penalty. Am I wrong about this?

I thought that too but they all do the stutter now so assumed that rule had been scrapped as no one is ever called up on it anymore.

Very unfair on the goalie to punish him for the striker stuttering as if the goalkeepers aren't already at a disadvantage.

Gallagher is a really useful player for a mid-table PL team (ie Palace when he was there on loan) and what you need is someone to run around and kick people for 90 minutes.
Not much use in a game like this.
