    Haha can't believe people are making the GD thing more complex than it is. Basically, if City draw against Spuds, they'll have to win by at least 3 more goals than us on the final day. Here are few examples:

    1) Arsenal 1-0 Everton - City would need the following results to win the league: 4-0 or 5-1 or 6-2 etc
    2) Arsenal 2-0 Everton - anything worse than 5-0 or 6-1 or 7-2 etc win for City will see us win the league.

    I just bought an online ticket for Spuds - City, no doubt setting myself up for one of the biggest disappointments in my life. Desperately need Liverpool to beat Villa tomorrow.

      Spurs are not doing us a favour, you can forget about it. It's just a question whether both teams will be content with making it a one or two goal low-drama affair, or will City go there and flex their financially-doped muscles and put 4 or 5 past them to make sure we don't even have the goal-difference advantage.           Merson reckons Spurs are throwing their league game and will probably cheer a City goal and I have to agree. Maybe I am completely wrong but I don't think they'll give it their all even if Villa drop points against Liverpool. Ask any serious Spurs fan if they'd take the CL in return for gifting Arsenal the league and I don't think would and their players will know it, the atmosphere is gonna be all kinds of fucked.
