For those suggesting Cazorla, is this based on good vibes or him actually being a good coach? I've seen anything to suggest he has a knack for coaching.

Maybe not as a head coach yet.. But he has an intelligent football brain and his positivity is infectious and he would certainly have the respect of everyone at the club, including all the players.

Maybe but I'd rather have someone who is actually going to bring something technically and tactically to work under Arteta. Someone to challenge him. I have mentioned before that a lot of Fergie's success was he had different assistants under him and they all bought something different, all of them enjoyed great success with him as well

Burnwinter read something shortly after he joined but can't find it anymore. Pretty self explanatory anyway he's worked in Spain Italy France Portugal and England as an unpaid intern in his early 20s

This guy was a 25/26 year old in his first coaching role. The players clearly bought into him otherwise he wouldn’t have been with us for the best part of 5 years

Whatever your own personal proclivities are, when it comes to understanding and stimulating the mind of a professional athlete, this seems more like an endorsement than an indictment.

Even if he was talented he was never the right man for the job. Arteta needed someone to challenge him not a teenage life coach

jones Maybe he was challenging Arteta? We don't really know what he was or wasn't doing. The players all seemed to like him and that is important. The cringe stuff I get but sometimes you need to do shit like that to get through to players. These players aren't the sharpest knifes in the drawer, it is important to get your message through.

Sicario2 being part of backroom staff is not the same as being a manager.

Arteta had the perfect storm to survive and succeed, anywhere else he would have been gone in his second season. Cuesta won't get those conditions at Parma

I respect the lvl of hate jones brings to the table. And I'm not even joking unfortunately, I never liked that coach either, for whatever reason. Every time I saw videos of him it made me cringe. Same with the close ups of the freekick guy. Even if the freekick guy is my man.
