Tell me if I'm overreacting but on another day Sanchez gives the opposing player a concussion or sprained/dislocated shoulder.
Chelsea at least sucked points from Liverpool at the Bridge, and surely they'll gel and improve as the season goes on. So here's hoping they hold back a few others.

Saka didn't play at his best here but still provided a massive assist. Seems to be a lot of talk about his poor form but the star boy has 5 goals and 5 assists already this season and we haven't even hit our stride.

JazzG I'm convinced there is a strong sub conscious or conscious bias against us. This sort of thing happens too frequently for it not to be the case. Plus the constant hard fouls on Saka/Martinelli that go unpunished. Even if the ref is bent the linos have to be able to make the calls as they're mostly closer to the action on the flanks, but their flags always stay down. Infuriating.

What they'll do is they'll fail to award a pen in our favor that looks exactly the same as the one that Chelsea got against us. We'll hear that its an improvement because "what's he supposed to do with his arm?" Then the Twitterati will all laugh at us complaining because so many thought the Chelsea penalty was bullshit to begin with. It's a never ending cycle of shit.

Yeah, I think one of the reasons why we wanted Havertz as an 8 is because it would give us the option to do that in game. It's why I think he'll ultimately come back into the side, because it's clearly a tactical option Arteta wants us to have.

I think so too but not at the expense of losing control of the midfield.

Mikel's changes in the second half clearly changed the game. I don't think it's been highlighted enough how fucking good the play leading to that second goal was, though the rain clearing up may have helped.
