Havertz looks hungry. A lot of hard off the ball running from him so far
Pre-Season 23/24
Watching Tierney trying to play Arteta football is a hard watch.
Nwaneri is really catching the eye right now!
Ricky1985 Havertz is is playing left sided AM!
Yeah he's definitely playing as an 8 now.
Another bad moment for Hein
This coverage is awful, can't believe they charge £8 for this.
The worrying thing watching Hein here is he's played for Estonia 20-odd times, so this is unlikely to be nerves. He's just bad.
Cedric still a turnover machine.
Nwanny reminds me of Rooney with how he plays
Balo did everything except for the finish
Brilliant again from Nwaneri, put it on a plate for Balogun who couldn't score after sleeping the keeper.
Oh, Balogun, that's a woeful miss.
lorddulaarsenal
I can see that!
Very early days, but he looks brilliant.
Ricky1985 think he may not be overly flashy but just a brilliant decision maker with some power in his play
Was it definitely Nwaneri and not Lewis-Skelly?
- Edited
Maybe not flashy in the stepover sense, but his first touch, close control and balance is absolutely exceptional.
He looked completely gassed 5 minutes after coming on. Probably the hard pre-season training killing him - it's easy to forget just how young he is. That said, he was still probably the standout of that half for us.

Could have been either one, replay didn't show who that bit again. Then again I rate Skelly quite highly so I wouldn't be surprised if it were him.
No Xhaka...no W
Glad we kept Nwaneri I have to say. It’s funny, good young players look better with quality around them, bad ones look exposed.
Just seen the brief highlights on Arsenal.com. That own goal feels like the kind of thing we'd do to get knocked out of the CL. Where did Havertz play?
