Which is why I said any serious manager/player. I've seen us play plenty of teams with 'nothing to play for' who played with a lot freedom and effort against us. I'd wager Palace are one of the teams no one is really looking forward to playing right now, for example.
It depends more on the mental state of the team, if they're waiting for the season to end and just want to go home, we're done. If they want to play some football and prove their quality, they'll be competitive, as much as Tottenham can be competitive.
My bigger concern right now is that they're just not very good. And unlike Kane and Son era Spurs, they're no longer a great smash and grab side to catch City out either.
