Pep didn't make a single sub today and not for the first time. Fans think substitutions always add value, but that's obviously untrue as there's also the possibility it could have a negative impact. I would love to see what the data says but I bet it's not in favour in substitutes, unless you have a guaranteed game changer on the bench. Albeit, City's bench options were scant today but Guardiola is notorious for making few to no subs.
Also, City winning a tough game without the creative brain of Gundogan, De Bruyne and Silva. Truly demoralising.
