ETH brand of football doesn't impress me though. Rashford carried them and ETH doesn't even have the sense to keep him in his best position. Get the feeling their season will depend entirely on how Hoijland settles and develops.

I reckon they have a lot of players who’ll check out if things start to go sour. Rashford and Bruno in particular have shown it in the past, but you also wonder about the likes of Casemiro and Varane who are on huge contracts.

goon Casmeiro has been terrible so far and quite predictably Onana has been overrated based on a few CL games. Mounts a solid player but he won't raise their level. There's zero plan at United when it comes to squad building.
