Definitely not bad for us whatever way you look at it. It's a risk for him, but as has been mentioned, I think he's a kid that's happy to be here.
As for Arteta, I do think he's already shown signs he trusts him. Has brought him on in quite a few big moments, usually ahead of ESR, Vieira, Eddie etc.
I guess the next step is whether or not he trusts him to actually start games but that's an issue for everyone on that bench.

Don't worry mate I was right there with you. He did/does have all the talent in the world, he's technically brilliant and actually quite a clever player too.
I still think his ceiling is quite high, the issue has always been whether or not he can tailor all that talent to play serious football.
