Big Willie Doubt they'll back date any points deductions. Too messy, too many knock on consequences and ultimately too much litigation.
Frankly it's not much of a punishment either beyond bragging rights, my guess is they'll want to punish them in tangible ways - fines, transfer bans, bans from European competition, present/future points deductions or worst of all, expulsion from the league. My guess is you'll get a combination of the first few.
