I'm in agreement with James et al.
Jorginho is not my favourite player by any means, but if there's any system in this league he's going to thrive in currently, it's Arsenal's.
Everything is so well structured that his strengths will be very useful to us, whilst his weaknesses won't be too exposed - Jorginho won't be involved the press, just as Partey isn't. Similar to how a Barca midfield with the three least athletic players of all time couldn't be got at back in the day. We're not as good as them, obviously, but on the ball, Jorginho is made for that lone 6 role in our team. He's so much better than Elneny, and we're certainly stronger for this.
