Sicario2 I think we'll probably see some movement in the backroom staff over the next 12 months or so. Heinze came in this summer, for instance, which might or might not be related in some way to Berta.
Like Mirth I don't think the main issue is the medical staff though; I think it's the maniac who overplays everyone to their breaking point. We've seen this pattern continue this season, even though we have had perfectly able backups for the first time in ages.
