I'd have to imagine he's a "player's player" too in that the team probably likes him on the pitch. Easy to find, always ready to receive, and creates so efficiently.
As I've been saying, he needs to start and I don't care right now if it's at the expense of Jesus (obviously due to injury), Nketiah, Rice, or Havertz. Between the CF role or as an 8 there's plenty of options, but I'd even let him start ahead of Martinelli until he's at 100%.
