He has been a brilliant signing for us really. Great value. Perfect squad player. The payrise was a fair reward too and seems to have given him a bit of extra motivation.

If you pay the guy who's getting 0.9 non-penalty GA per 90 whatever Trossard's on for his "payday" contract, you could arguably put a bit of downward pressure on wages. Either way you've got a hell of a producer.

banduan good call there is a correction underneath which shows they added international goals when involved for Palmer it's not as significant. This is the problem with all these online engagement people. Still trossard is a very important player with his contributions for us there aren't many in the team who can do that.

He's not my favourite player but you can't argue with his output. No reason to sell him as far as I'm concerned. I feel he tends to be underrated because he's a tiny Belgian without any outstanding physical attributes, similar to how Mertens was underrated.

Clutch player, been a long time since we've had a player who seems to always step up in big games for us. I think a lot of us wouldn't have been too unhappy if he left in the summer and were surprised that he got a new contract with better terms. That contract seems to have done the trick though!

lorddulaarsenal to be fair he's been pretty consistent with output throughout his time with us in goals and assists. Often it has the perception he's not been at it but his stats stack up across the seasons

He's incredible for his conversion rate, goals and assists work out for him all the time. He was even somewhat lucky with the deflection he got on his strike this time, but then ... he's always lucky so it's not luck, it's a superpower that great "fox in the box" players possess.

Quite wild that he leads our goals tally but probably still faces being benched or used as a fringe player. With his skill set I reckon he could've forced his way into the reckoning, one way or another, in any Arsenal squad I've ever watched.

i think he really appreciates the club paying him more money even though they didn't extend the terms of the contract. it was simply to say we appreciate you. i don't know if we've ever done that before.

He rarely has an eye-catching game. but he pops up with important goals and assists often enough that hes been worth the pay raise.

Even yesterday, before he scored, he looked like shit. I even mentioned that now would be a good time for him to score a great goal and justify his inclusion.. And then 10 minutes later, there it was. 😃

Hard disagree. He was terrorising Spence and Danso. He was winning basically every second ball after they'd get a weak header or whatever on it and he was pressing the shit out of them. I thought he looked well on his game before the goal.
