Sicario2 you're right, they do but if they stay up (as looks likely) and Rice performs well (as he has done), it gives them a better negotiating position when it comes to agreeing a price.
I don't doubt that we'll have had conversations with his agent but as with Mudryk, Suarez (and others) it'll come down to whether we can agree a deal with the selling club.
