Yeah, so many possibilities for the last game of the season. Beating Newcastle was a relief, as it finally guaranteed us CL (and second place, which i know seems pointless, but it really isnt).

So many permutations. If Chelsea beats Forest, they are in (superior GD over Villa). If Forest beats Chelsea, they still have to hope for Newcastle or Villa drop points. It will certainly be the most exciting final day of the season in a while (well, in terms of CL qualification).

Sicario2 Am I going to hell for thinking that Spurs winning this is actually better for us? Man Utd have money to spend and sooner or later will get their act together. If they get into the CL they can attract better players. Spurs have had CL football before and still been shit.

This really doesn't worry me at all. All feels very midtable, which to be fair, would be a lot better, I guess.

JazzG they've always signed big players. Their issues run deeper. Not convinced they'll be coherent either, seems like they are just signing whoevers had a good season without much of a plan.

Burnwinter Just told my United mate that if they win tonight they might push up to midtable next season with some hope of a Europa conference place but if they lose it'll be bottom half again. He seems to think I'm taking the piss but I'm absolutely not. And I'd be hugely surprised if Spurs can get top half unless they sack Ange.
