Generally I'm not a stats guy in most respects, they've got a place but I think generally your better off trusting your eyes, you know who's playing well and who's not or which side has created the better chances in a match.
Stats and stuff are fine but I also think the individual needs to understand the context of them and I feel at times there's just not that understanding.
I honestly think if if the social media stuff was around in the 90's /early 2000's there would be some hipster coming up with data to complain about Henry's relative weakness in the air or Pire's tackle percentage wins!
