He would be coming here to be a 2nd choice winger. To take Nelson’s spot essentially. Would it be worth the eyeball or whatever critical organ it could cost to bring someone in merely for that role? My it’s not my money attitude is typically reserved to first teamers, not backups.
flobaba I agree. We have to make sure any big outlaysgo straight to strengthening us significantly. For me there are several positions that we should invest in first. Most obvious being CF.
Hope we are keeping a close eye on him and Redondo, we need to move Partey on and Jorginho needs to be moved on in the summer. So opens up a slot for a No.6 next summer, either we get another experienced player in or we need to get a shit hot prospect.
