If Kiwior keeps proving himself in the remaining games, I think we should forget about signing a CB and go put all that money towards Caicedo. The fact that he can play RB effectively gives us the option to put White at CB. Tomiyasu can also play both CB and RB at a very good level when fit. We're signing a lot of players who can play in various positions, and making use of that might be the only way to compete with City, since we can't have two XI's worth of 50m players like they do.

QuincyAbeyie Guessing it will depend on how well he performs till the end of season and if Saliba and Tomiyasu are fully available for preseason. I am guessing we will get atleast one back four player in, either a CB or a RB.

IN: Fresneda, Veiga, Rice, Ndicka, Diaby and (Balogun) Or Caicedo for (Fresneda + Ndicka like what Quince suggested), but 2 players could be cheaper

OUT: Pepe, Tavares, Nketiah, Lokonga, Holding, Xhaka (don't think he will accept a bench role)

As much as I’ve hated Xhaka in the past my view of him has changed slightly and I would like him to stay. Think he’s good for the dressing room and he’s one of the few leaders we have.

I agree with the rest of your outs but hope we can keep Tierney too.

I would sell Partey if we get Rice/Caicedo.

Sicario2 - Tier 1 Agree on Xhaka. Wealth of PL experience and knowledge and leadership qualities to boot. Also multiple players have talked about his influence in the dressing room. Definitely should not sell.

Clrnc think he has a very good relationship with Arteta and may well accept a squad role.

I have a feeling Xhaka would be terrible with limited playing time. I could be wrong, if he could keep his current level in those circumstances he'd be a great rotation option but I wouldn't be betting on it.

I’ve watched him closely recently and I’m concerned his good form could be a purple patch. He needs to be a lot more clinical in the games I’ve watched.

Sicario2 - Tier 1 He's been marked out of games recently. Double teamed everywhere. Probably the first period I have seen him struggled.

It was so bad that Brighton almost exclusively played through March in the 2nd half because there were 3 or 4 Everton players on Mitoma, but he still got an assist.

If he were at any other club I'd still take him, but I can't be bothered being fleeced by Brighton again for a 26yr old who hasn't really proven himself at the highest level.

He'd be the biggest talent in the league if that was the case.

Brighton will do everything they can to only sell one player this summer. EIther Mac Allister or Caicedo but not both. And not Mitoma unless silly money gets involved (ie, Utd or Chelsea).

Bring Back Kerrea Gilbert someone shared a video recently of one of his games and I was just scratching my head at how many opportunities he wasted. Flashy dribbling and skill, terrible choices and end product in the video.

Given his age and the fact he plays for Brighton who will squeeze every last penny out of his value, there are definitely a few wingers I would rather look at than Mitoma.

I keep coming back to Moussa Diaby. I think he would be a perfect fit for us at both wings. He's a phenomenal outlet with his pace but he also is good at attacking an established defense and his ball striking has improved a ton over the last few years. I definitely see a little bit of Mahrez in him but also a little bit of Mane. Not saying he would be as good as either one of them but the ceiling is there. If we can't get him, I'd be interested in looking at lower priced options like Outtara at Bournemouth.
