Qwiss I think what we need more than a traditional centre forward is someone who will shift defenders out of place. Look at the games we struggle. They have a consistency about them. Off the top of my head it’s either organised press resistant teams (Bayern, Porto, City etc), or it’s back-to-backs (Fulham, Spurs, Villa, etc).
The latter need usable depth. The former need people who can break down these organised defenses. So it’s your Zubimendis or it’s a direct player up top. Think about how many times over these two legs Sané just tore through us. I would look at Kvaratshkelia who is very high on carries, take-ons and shots.
