Also indicative of how tough the market is for everyone when you think that Juve were trying to get £35m for him a few weeks ago and have had to settle for basically 1/3. You see this everywhere. People are taking really low prices for many players. If you’re not a marquee signing, chances are you’re discounted.

I used to dislike Madrid more in the 00s but Madrid know what they are and I can respect that. Barcelona are self regarding, arrogant cunts. If it wasn't for Messi and Guardiola in early 2010s they would have imploded a long time ago.

Yeah same. If there was a team I disliked in Spain in the late 90s early 2000s in was Madrid, but Barca overook everyone as my most despised club in world football by around 2010. I hate that club much, much more than United, Chelsea and Spurs combined truth be told.
