Sadly, I think the money is too much for it not to. As soon as it loses the reputation as a league for the past it and the losers, the money will attract a lot of good ppayers, and they will build a good product.
I'm with you, though. I barely have interest in other leagues as it is (mostly because they're rubbish relative to the PL, but also because I'm more into Arsenal than football these days), but I don't expect I'll ever watch a single minute of it even if they have all the best players. Unless Arsenal were participating I would have zero interest.
