I do think they should change the rules so that revenues for things such as concerts aren’t counted towards spend allowances.

Tactics

I'm shocked Chelsea are selling Santos to Man Utd. From what I saw last season, he looked really promising. He reads the game well, has good positioning, and uses the ball intelligently. When I watched him alongside Caicedo, he actually looked more comfortable on the ball and was the more dominant ball player. It's becoming quite difficult to discern Chelsea's transfer policy at this point.
