Don't think we'll be seeing Wales back at a World Cup anytime soon. They're ageing and look awful in both games

Wales's achievement was qualifying. They have nothing to offer beyond that really.

Lovely match up now Iran vs USA. Can't stand these diaspora Persians usually but next Tuesday inshallah I'll be chobastying it up against the great Satan these infidel yank wankers.

I just assumed you supported anyone over the US as default.

Imagine is USA played Isreal, I think his head would explode.

The Iranians don't want their team to be winning though

You could see how much it affected the team in the first match

Ronaldo got a penalty for less

How on earth did this team win the Asia Cup?

Money talks.

In the other game, Wales came to play, Iran came to fight. Played like absolute lions.

Iran USA will be very, very interesting.

Am I wrong though

Qatar have actually a pretty decent team, far better than they've shown this tourney. Clrnc knows more but couple times I've seen them they looked clean on the ball and disciplined off it

Is it on? I don't know. Good goal though

No way. It could be offside from the original shot but by the time Estupians deflects it goalwards keeper dived and is no longer having his view impeded.

Think that’s debatable. If I was a keeper, that’s right in my line of sight.

The first shot? Yeah it was and should have been offside if that was the one that went in. The keeper dived for that shot which kind of goes to your point about it being debateable as he must have seen something, though I'd have agreed it should be called offside.

The deflection though wasn't I don't think from the one angle I saw. Keeper dived to the right and was no longer having his vision blocked the player at the point of deflection.

Put it this way. Imagine the ball wasn't a shot but a low cross, and the keeper (whilst his vision was impaired by an offside player) moved to the right thinking the ball would end up there. If the ball ends up reaching the feet of someone inside who shot and it went in then that would have been that, no?
