If reports are true about his extension, and if we perform how we should be performing, then that ~~opportunity~~ dilemma may arise at the end of next season.

Big Willie Yep, if you're uncomfortable about the way Arsenal responded to the situation in which one of our players was investigated by police for years over multiple accusations of rape, then the discomfort persists.

It will persist even if Partey leaves, but at least it'll be receding into memory then. Nothing much any of us can do about it at this point, but I'm hopeful we don't just award him a fresh contract, he's shown again in the past few days that he's prone to error in high pressure matches.
