The way football and commercialisation is going I don't see any way the financiers at JPM GS etc are going to say 'yeah having Bournemouth Soton and Brentford Everton fixtures is going to drive subscription rates and sales up'.
There's way too much money involved for these things not to happen and despite the PL's extreme financial muscle power the likes of Madrid and Barca are as big or bigger than any English club, Milan Inter are far more interesting to a global audience than any club outside the top 4 etc. Big money always finds a way
