DHGate is great, especially for classic shirts. Got my 1998 R9 shirt for my 6 a side this week, unfortunately I'm still carrying my holiday weight.

I think I might have to get the real thing for this one though, don't quite trust the fakes when it comes to subtle prints on the shirt. The bruised banana relaunch fake I purchased a couple years back was a disaster.

This kit broke the record in day one sales for any Arsenal kit launch apparently.

Not sure tbh, its the first top I have bought since 08/09 away. 70 pounds is sizeable amount of monthly disposable income for most these days and its essentially a fancy athletic top in one way. If this launch is celebrating Arsenal brand identity and exposure through an example of activism, I guess it would be nice if they made it affordable to your average proletariat. Which would logically bring more exposure, but maybe not the highest profits.

All that stuff is just good marketing - something which Adidas/Arsenal have smashed since coming together. If we don't get a bumper new shirt deal from Adidas our commercial dude needs to be fired.

The proletariat should do the right thing and either steal it from the stores or buy a fake one supporting flobs' cousin on the beaches of Senegal.

Nice, if you're happy with that one I'll give it a try. On DHGate you can always be unlucky with the vendor. Have you bought with names on the back or without?

Not really. Used to be about £45 back in the mid 2000s from memory so seems to have gone up pretty much in line with inflation.

I've bought loads for my kids off them for the last 2 seasons, one for me. Names on the kids shirts, not the sleeve patches though. Have friends who use them too. All the stuffs been spot on as far as I'm concerned. I've used DHgate effectively too but its just more hassle trawling through listings trying to figure out who's good and who isn't. My mate got shirts for his kid off DH and they came as pictures with no crests, etc 😆 Its always a bit of a crap shoot.

The bruised banana fakes are terrible and I've no idea why. I bought the blue zig zag shirt from last year and all the details are spot on, I've seen plenty of non-Arsenal shirts with more detail that are good but for some reason the bruised banana is always too blocky, no gradient. Annoying because I'd love a good one.
