Pepe and AMN not so much. I’d say leave Pepe in Orlando but it doesn’t even look like he’d start for them considering how good a half their RW had. Crazy the Kroenke’s even give us money after how much we threw away on him.

I feel that he might end up playing mainly there due to lack of other reliable options

We should offer 1M for Pato, I'm sure he could be useful for some matches (Carabao Cup, FA Cup, for example).

initially, yes, and I think that will be the way it is for a while, just by dint of KT being so unreliable. arteta wants the left back to play a semi-midfield role anyway

This commentator has been an absolute disasterclass. Misidentifying players is perhaps forgivable but saying Saka had an inactive first half when he spent that on the bench is something else.

the partey-odegaard pipeline feels like a significant single point of failure for us. any prolonged period where that axis isn't playing will result in a general downturn in our overall level

I think Zinchenko will help with that. No secret he pushes into midfield when he plays at left back. He’ll provide another reliable connection between the centre backs and attacking players.

Dunno which stream you watched but I had some American guy and someone with a Spanish accent on SuperSport channel and the guy with the accent kept calling Nelson the Brazilian. First time I thought it was a slip of the tongue but he did it like a number of times afterwards.
