Iny my opinion, a fully fit and firing Jesus is second to no other striker in this League, except for, you know, the rather important part of sticking the ball in the net. His all-round game in terms technique, physicality and intelligence is world class.

Can't wait to have him back.

goon I was thinking about this earlier and I reckon we'll see him used there this season at some point with Havertz or Eddie up top. Arteta hasn't looked for a right winger at all so he must have a back up plan there for Saka to get a rest eventually.

he looked full of it again. loved the performance. there was a move where did a step over and created space for a shot out of nothing and almost put it in the top corner. that's the type of magic we don't get from eddie, and why a full fit jesus is a key player for us

It's crazy how much flair has come into his game since he's joined us. Seemed like City/Pep drained him of any personality.

daredevil took me a while with Odegaard, but the guy is pretty much tier one now.

Jesus has definitely bulked up. Not sure if they have him on the Saka diet, if he's just taken on a "Dad bod(y)", or if its leftover weight from his injury/recovery.

Regardless, he's looking confident in his body, and I think the extra muscle/weight will serve him well as a lone CF.

Hopefully he can stay injury free and build a run in the side now because as much as I have time for Eddie, he's got no place in the side when Jesus is playing like this. So pleasing on the eye and a touch of arrogance about him all the greats have.

Lukazan sure. It's not an exact comparison as the skill gap isn't quite a vast, but playing Eddie up top instead of Jesus would be a bit like playing Franny Jeffers instead when you have Thierry Henry available to you.
