QuincyAbeyie I think you're over analysing the fact that I didn't believe Spurs were gonna see it out. Sorry, you may think I'm saying it to sound clever after the fact, that's not how it is at all. As I was on a Skype call with three of my friends last night, I have witnesses. 🙂
As I said initially, 2-0 with half hour left? Maybe. Not with a whole half of football to play, when we have already had it established time and time again that Spurs only really show up for one half of football per match.
In essence, it's a bit like not really believing Arsenal are going to win the title, despite the 5 point advantage we have with a game in hand. Yeah, it looks great for us now, but there is a loooooong way to go, a long way. And so it was last night.
