So typical, last season I wanted City to batter Spurs who we were fighting with and they lost both games, this season I wanted Spurs to beat City, and it goes the other way.

I feel one mark of a good manager is giving opportunity when its presented, and spotting bad form. Lloris should have been dropped by now for his sake. Was shocked to see him starting. 1-2 of Dier, Son and Kane too earlier in the season, especially after buying a 60 mil forward. Make the adjustments for 2nd leg. Or don't 😃

Anyway, it's very much second prize now, but I think that's top 4 taken care of for the season.

RocktheCasbah Point is, even if it was the league leader versus the bottom placed team in the league, if they're 2-0 down at half-time there's a very good chance that they drop points. Saying anything else with a straight face is factually ridiculous and sounds more like a "hah, it's Spurs" joke than something you actually mean.
