I don't actually rate Raphina as highly as others but he is one of those that you feel like Klopp would be able to turn into a 20 goals a season player. I do like how hard he works too.

Curious if/how him and Saka fit into the same side or if it's just a straight up battle.

if we get him, I think him and saka have to be on the pitch together when theyre both available and healthy. let them switch wings and cause general mayhem

this would also let us rest/protect saka, which we've been unable to do

I wouldn't bet on Raphinha having the better season if Pepe was at Leeds, but Arteta hates him and is here to stay so might as well get Raphinha instead.

Ridiculous how we've signed a #10 where we have Odegaard and ESR, are close to a CB where we have too many and now a RW arguably our strongest position overall. Allthewhile no CM and CF bar extensions to Elneny and Nketiah 😆

I suspect this too, though I do wonder if the prospect of playing with a few of his countrymen might temp him to come here instead.

The fact that bids have been going in for Osimhen as well, doesn’t make any sense. Plus there are other areas of the team that needs work.

If Saka is going to City, then Arsenal are going about it the right way. Buy everything you can, and offset any negative feeling.

If Arsenal wrap up Martinez or Osimhen etc, then something is definitely cooking.

Saka isn't going anywhere lads. We've been mooted to be after a wide forward for months with Pepe is on the way out.

We're not going to sign Osimhen and Jesus, it's one or the other and links to the former have been relatively tame too.

If we sign a striker, a CM, Raphinha and one proper fullback (e.g. Spence/Maehle), I don't really care what else they allocate to be honest.

People on here were raving about Raphinha last summer. He'll be a great addition, much better to have than Pepe.
