Question is does he significantly improve the team on what we are currently seeing from Xhaka atm, to the point we'd make the signing a priority over either WF, B2B ball carrier or a #6? Can he play as #6 and do so better than Xhaka in a double pivot and/or with Xhaka?

where though? he doesn't have a track record of playing LCM, so I don't think he'd be replacing the untouchable Swiss. he'd end up as odegaard depth/competition, and I'd rather spend that money elsewhere if that's the case

Tonali & Caicedo are definitely more interesting options! Tonali is next to no chance as he is Milan through and through, Caicedo looked good the other week against Man Utd.
