It's Brighton who are extortionate with their fees and they've already sold Bissouma and Cinderella. Can't see them selling without it being a huge fee.

He's also 20 years old, and played a total of 13 PL games. He might be an exceptional talent, but I'd rather someone more experienced.

We've got two pretty experienced players in CM, if we are signing someone has to be a shit hot young talent or someone around 24/25 who comes straight in.

I wouldn't be against this because why would I? Tielemans is a good player, PL certified.

But the more I think about it, the more I believe we have signed the exact 8 we wanted, and what many are crying out for, he just happens to start matches at left back and move there when we're not quite executing on the gameplan. For the rest he's the midfield tempo setter. And Zinchenko's presence shoring up the midfield opens the possibility of a player with the attacking profile of Vieira or Smith Rowe playing Xhaka's role.

I'm worried more about the 6 role rather than 8. Elneny is a massive drop off and I don't think Sambi is good enough at progressing the ball. Funnily enough I think Tielemans could do it.

It's a similar thought for me, and I'd sign Tielemans for that reason alone. I'm not sure how well he could pull off the 6 role we have, but he'd be better than Elneny there.

He actually does seem like an Arteta player. Works hard, solid technically, good defensively, pushes his team forward quickly. Kind of exactly an Arteta player.

Yep, good all rounder.

Feel like if we do sign him.. this is his stand out feature though.. really good counter pressing player, can see the quick pass and execute it.

His ability to play through balls is his key asset. Always seems plucky evading pressure though. Seen too many games where he’s been underwhelming.

Elneny is shit, even in his so called decent form when he came into the team we lost 6 of 12 games.

Maybe it's just me but I think that would be pretty beneficial. From my perspective, when we're on the counter we often struggle to move the ball quickly enough to create goal-scoring chances. When it happens, it looks great but I don't feel we're consistently at that level.

I think so too, its a really good weapon to have for the game we play.. We don't really have anyone in the 6/8 roles that can do that... maybe Lokonga, but question marks over his overall game.

I guess people may have the similar questions over Tielemans.
