Burnley was the easiest and me only managed a draw. It may not be unreasonable to consider that we could end up with only 9 points (2 wins + 3 draws)

Looks like the squad is in good spirits as their training in Dubai comes to an end. I like how competitive everything seems to have become in training - poor Bernd has to buy everyone dinner! 😆 Ben White is very cool and very good in the Rondos!

Looking forward to the football resuming next weekend (well, Arsenal anyway)!

I hate that it's become so normal for clubs to act as ambassadors for the likes of Dubai or Saudi Arabia. Not that I blame Arsenal for it, everyone does it, but it just feels off. Why not just have the training camp in Portugal, Spain or whatever, weather's brillant there too and maybe Arteta could kick back and relax on the whole dictator shtick when he's a little closer to home.

I agree though, squad looks in good spirits, we have such a likeable team these days, even without Auba. And I'm really looking forward to the game against Wolves as well, taking a two day break from all things football helped a bit, so please Arsenal, don't make me regret it 😆

Saka is a proper specimen now - must be a nightmare to come up against him.

It’s also great having Wilshere around the camp. Wouldn’t be against a short term deal for him.

Is he able to hold his own in physical duels though? He kinda broke down once a year.

Obviously signing Jack Wilshere even on a short term contract makes no sense whatsoever from a sporting perspective at this point, but honestly, I wouldn't mind it, his is still the only name I've ever had printed on the back of an Arsenal kit, and how great would it be if he somehow scored at the Emirates.

So Wolves will be our first game after 18 days, we then play Brentford 9 days after that, followed by Wolves again 5 days later, followed by Watford another 10 days later. Insane gaps. We probably need to arrange a couple of friendlies in between just to keep the rhythm going. Wolves on the other hand have 5 games in 20 days 😆

After that it's pretty standard with just 1 game a week, + Liverpool and Chelsea arranged midweek.

Great chance to really make a move to embed ourselves in the top four and possibly even top 3 with that run of games. I think we should be aiming for 13-15 points to ease the pressure a little on the final third of the season. In isolation every single one of these games should be wins.

I think we'll end up with 13.

10/12 so far, beat Leicester and we're in line with my predication. Of course we also beat Wolves in the rearranged game at home so it's actually 13/15 and potentially 16/18. See it out and it sets us up really nicely for a tougher run of games coming up.
