same thing that made them lose conte: their owners who can't invest money as they look peri-bankrupt. Inter could've dominated Italy if they were able to pump more money, but that's not the case. i think they have to pay back 60m euros to meet financial fair play or something.
Bastoni's a great player and obviously fits Conte's 3 ATB system like a glove. Not sure if I'd pay the kitchen sink in a 2 CB system.
If there's a CB to get from Italy right now, I like Bremer from Torino a lot.
