Thats not the PL though. I'm not convinced and frankly I'm glad we didn't spend that much on him.

55m initial fee is less than the 59m euros we paid for White though so not considered much at all for a highly sought after CB.

I am glad we didn't get him because we wanted him to play out of position at LB.

What we paid for White certainly was considered a lot though.

I'm glad we didn't get him full stop. He's not good enough as a LB or DM where we would've needed him to play and we have more than enough centre backs

Can’t complain as we’re getting Zinchenko who will bring more of what the squad needs

Yeah just because we massively overpaid for one CB doesn't mean doing it again would have been a good idea.

And for half the price. Bullet dodged.

Varane not to mention 40m has huge wages. Probably all our CB's combined.

And Broja too. 2 of your favs dules

I know I'm late to the Lewandowski to Barcelona move, but isn't this a reunion for him and Auba from their Dortmund days? And if I remember correctly, Auba was on the bench till Lewandowski moved to Bayern? Wonder how they will manage them both now.

I remember seeing Auba on the right for Dortmund if my memory serves me right, notably in a CL match against us.

Anyway, I don't think he's suited to the CF position for a team like Barca. I reckon they'll mostly use him on the wings and occasionally as a CF when Lewandowski is injured/needs a rest.

Good to see Barca haven't learn from their debt crisis by spending big money and wages on old 33 and 34 yr old forwards.

Nunez has some serious Andy Carroll vibes.

Its the combo of the pony tail and being a donkey.

it'll be interesting to see how he gets on. doesn't quite pass the eye test, and represents a stylistic shift for liverpool

Both in Barcelona today.

Atleti has to sign someone from Udinese every year.

Maybe we can get into some of this action.

Chris Richards is a great signing for Palace - Vieira building a top squad

Really do not want Chelsea getting Kounde. Exactly what they need and the kind of addition among a rival that could stifle our goals.
