Without CL football to entice players I think we can count out anyone already playing at a CL club, and also anyone who is either attracting CL clubs and/or talking about moving to a CL club. The only outrider to this is likely to be NUFC who can offer silly money to the players.
This means we won't be signing any of Lautaro, Nunez, Dybala, Schick, Isak, Jovic or Osimhen. As such my money is on the likes of DCL (if Everton are relegated), and Jonathan David with a question mark next to someone like Ekitike.
