Bummer. It keeps getting worse.
Edit: I see, thanks for the long-weekend send off mate!

Auba out, Origi in.

Troll account.

Honestly I don't think even Edu and Arteta are that insane to sanction that deal.

Origi is fucking garbage and I mean true relegation tier team striker.

I wouldn't be surprised if Auba doesn't see eye to eye with Arteta either, he can't be enjoying the football we are serving up. Wonder how Saka feels? I think we will lose him easily next year the longer this circus goes on.

Confirmed deals on deadline day.

Norwich city sign Norwegian international Mathias Normann (from FC Rostov) and Ozan Kabak (From Schalke) on season long loans.

Wolves sign Hwang Hee Chan on loan from Leipzig. Honestly speaking, he flopped hard last season in Bundesliga.

Edu has always struck me as being cut from the same cloth as Raul, except probs less effective. I’ve tried to be fair to him but our decision making this summer has been bonkers.

Not to mention the world of Brazillian agents is full of dodgy dealings.

he left his post with the Brazil nt under a cloud of controversy as well, which always did niggle ones mind.

basically the kroenkes formula for hiring edu and arteta was

peps acolyte factor + former arsenal player factor + former invincible factor + we did this at the rams and it worked factor + gullible fans factor + we have super league money coming anyway factor + they'll come cheap factor = fuck it let's do it.

Sounds about right.

Emerson to Spurs confirmed for 30m, with 5m going to betis. I can see why we might have baulked at that figure

We baulk at the 30m euro asking price but thought it was okay to pay 35m euro for our backup keeper?

Fitting for this Management team

its just so bizarre how we've treated the right back position, when fullbacks are clearly so important to our play. bellerin moves like the tin man, chambers is sooo slow, and cedric is barely a professional footballer. yet on the other side we have an excellent attacking LB and a very promising young LB with skill and physical attributes.

why do we completely ignore the right side?

10 and a half hours until the window closes. I think it is fair to say we are done for the summer. The big business today should revolve around Kounde, Saul and Mbappe. Will be interesting to see how that plays out.

It's more a Valencia thing, than to do with his ability. They are even more poorly run than Arsenal.

He's around Smith-Rowe kind of level.

The Valencia fans are livid. He is rated as their best talent. I mean he just won the golden ball in the u20 world cup, first Asian player to ever win it.

Anyway there's sort of a shady deal going on with Mallorca. He is going there like on "loan" and if he does well a big club will take him on a cheap.

AS saying Bellerin deal in danger of collapsing. Money problem, they will move for Aurier.

πŸ˜†

Oen thing for the deal to collapse, another for them to actually then help Tottenham.

Wasn't he another kid touted as the second coming? Football fans get a lot wrong! πŸ˜†

Like Captain said Valencia are probably the worst run club in the world, plus he's had attitude issues. Not sure what your second sentence is supposed to mean, you of all people should know that talent alone is no guarantee for a kid to make it at the top level. Or did you joke about ESRs alleged talent last year when he went on loan to a Championship side?

The twitter bloke got it right, in terms of raw ability Lee is closer to Isco or David Silva than Ferran Torres. Hope he does well at Mallorca because that kind of talent and dribbling is rare.

So we were happy to overpay for Ramsdale to be a backup but refused to pay another Β£10m for Emerson who would fill a position of need and in the process allowed Spurs to have him? Another Edu and Arteta masterclass.

Exclusive reports coming in from Japan. Don't @ me if its wrong.

We are in for Tomiyasu and personal terms agreed. Flying to london for medical right now.

20m euros agreed from デむγƒͺースポーツ

Ah yes, another right sided centre back right back hybrid, just what we need!

To be fair I haven't ever seen him play, is he any good as a right back?

Can he play RB? He's a CB isn't he?

Both, but I'm not going to pretend like I watch Bologna regularly.

I'm laughing because we could have signed him three months ago if this was the move.

Reported in the Athletic now.

Trippier was the move it seems from the outside. After that fell, Di Lorenzo could have been good addition and contrast to the youth skew. Yet here is another 22 year-old we may be stacking in our wet paper defense.

He can play RB but that's not where he prefers. He did play RB at Truident and Bologna whenever necessary but not comfortable at it. It's like Mustafi and Sokratis can play RB in emergency situation. RCB would be perfect for him though in a 3 because he is good on the ball

I rate him as the best CB in Asia and he has been a revelation since breaking through 3 years ago. Very strong in the air, brave in challenges and calm under pressure on the ball. Passes well.

Why are we signing him if he's a shit RB? This club makes no sense.

Yep.

I hope he comes and I hope he's good.

I can't wait for All or Nothing to see how dumb and dumber make decisions behind the scenes. Fucking idiots.
