He was good but Walker had him in his pocket until he got semi-injured around HT.

Very good talent though.

His first touch let him down a few times, but fun player.

Glad City lost. City is a magnificent team, but they play some really dull football at times. Real Madrid v Liverpool might be a real fireworks match, as both teams are so good at pressing and counter attacking.

Another absolutely stunning Champions League tie. I still can't believe Real pulled it off in the manner that they did.

Seeing as this is what it does to arguably the best team in England, I'm not looking forward to our eventual return to the CL. It's way too heartbreaking and painful, like going on a date with a beautiful model, only for her boyfriend to turn up and kick your arse.

There's been little way of joy in the last few years but seeing Guardiola fail again and again in the CL knockouts has been one of the few pleasures.

Yeah, congrats Jones, were you on the pitch? 😆 Great scenes at full time and it's gonna be some atmosphere in Seville, two proper clubs in the final and fans are losing their collective minds, Rangers crowd was amazing as well, you love to see it.

On another note, anyone here still think scrapping away goals was a bad idea? I seem to remember there was a bit of opposition to it. I’ve always thought it was a mad rule, completely artificial and often ruined the spectacle. The idea that it would make games more boring is clearly false.

Liverpool Madrid should be a good final but I can only see one winner, the former. Think they will be too powerful for the team from La Liga. I think we shouldn’t underestimate how important the home legs has been for Real but away or at neutral venue I think they will struggle with Liverpool’s intensity.

Having said that, Real have already wrapped their league up and get rest players for next 3 weeks. Whereas, Liverpool are most likely ‘go go go’ until the weekend before CL final. Who has the real advantage here (no pun intended)?

Anyway my prediction: Liverpool 3-1 Real Madrid. I hope I’m wrong.

Was an unreal atmosphere, the city looked like it was new year's eve last night. Club went from surviving relegation playoffs to two domestic cup finals, one won Vs Bayern, one European semi final and now one European final kicking out the likes of Barca Benfica or Inter, on the cusp to European glory and a CL berth, having to sell its best players every season, all in the span of six years. Same timeframe some of you lot are willing to give Arteta to get just CL
