I always liked West Ham, but they've got some really unlikeable characters on the team these days. Liked them better when they were blowing bubbles in relegation battles. They should go back to that.

Roma hadn’t reached a European final since 1991 so it’s all relative I guess.

Mourinho loves playing up to the cameras but he is still box office.

Just look at the fans last night in 2 of the matches. Amazing, not really for Frankfurt since these kind of support is the norm for them but for Roma. Olympic stadium hasn't been filled like this for a long long time.

50k Frankfurt and 70k Rangers fans in 35°C Seville today. Shame I couldn't make it but from what I'm reading even in the paper hotel rooms that are normally EUR 30 per night are going for 1000+ tonight ffs. Just in Frankfurt more than 120k tickets were preordered, only 10k were alotted to each club. Friends who are there are telling me tickets are going for north from 6k

Really looking forward to the final tonight, atmosphere will be absolutely brilliant and both teams desperately want to win this, would be a massive success for either one of them. Would mean the world to both sets of fans to win a european trophy and that's what football is all about.

Good luck jones, I'm rooting for you guys! Frankfurt deserve to be rewarded for the brilliant work they've done over the last few years and their fans are so passionate about the club that I can't help but cheer for them as well 😆 Also this way at least one Arsenal fan will have something to celebrate this season.

Frankfurt's voyage over the last few years has been positively incredible, went from barely surviving relegation against Nürnberg almost exactly six years ago to consolidating their league position with an overall transfer budget of 2.2m and getting to the cup final the season after.

After a narrow loss to Dortmund we almost reached the CL spots before collapsing to 8th, eventually reaching the cup final again and winning it against all odds vs Bayern. The season after with the heroics in Europe against Inter, Benfica, Lazio Chelsea etc was almost as unforgettable as the cup win, a team of loanees, rejects and free transfers reaching the semis of a European competition vs CL level teams

Then last season vs Hütter should've ended in the CL, if it weren't for the top management deciding in the business end of the season to up stakes and announce their moves to league rivals. We finished 5th one point behind 4th placed Wolfsburg

After every single season major players had to be sold off to richer clubs and every season we had to rebuilt using a fraction of the transfer revenue. This year which looked like a massive rebuilding job midseason peaked so far by smashing Barcelona on their home ground and eventually reaching the final with a team built on a shoestring. If we do win this game it'll be the first European trophy since 1980 and first ever CL season afterwards

Either way, regardless of how this game ends I won't be be able to stand or speak for a full 24 hours after tonight. NUR DIE SGE
